This was me after exercising in the heat yesterday.


I’ve finally found a plan that seems to be working for me…and to keep it going I need to be #relentless.


This isn’t just about losing weight though (although I have so many lockdown pounds to lose!), this is about feeling healthy - physically, mentally and spiritually.


I’ll be #relentless about making a meal plan every week.


I’ll be #relentless about getting as many veggies in as possible.


I’ll be #relentless about tracking what I’m eating.


I’ll be #relentless about keeping an eye on the scales.


I’ll be #relentless about getting enough water in every day (something I need to work on!)


I’ll be #relentless about fuelling my body with good food to support my gut health.


I’ll be #relentless about keeping my mind in the best shape possible.


I’ll be #relentless in keeping my body moving.


I’ll be #relentless about living a toxin-free life.


I’ll be #relentless about feeding my soul with good stuff.


I’ll be #relentless about making sure I get the balance right with treats every now and then 😜 (just keeping it real!)


Will I fall off the #relentless wagon, yes, of course, but I’ll be #relentless about getting back on it.


There, I’ve said it now. 💪


I am #relentless about feeling good after fifty!
